 All of our shipping is tracked - you will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been packed.

LOCAL PICK UP

Free local pick up will be organized once a week within the GTA area. Typically held on Saturdays from 10AM to 4PM, specific instructions concerning your order will be emailed to you 48 to 72 hours following your purchase.

 

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

When you make an order on frizzhair.co, we will send you a confirmation email immediately after.

We will then process the order within the next 48 to 72 hours, to then hand it over to our nominated carriers. You will then receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any given time. 

 

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG

If you have made a mistake on your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@frizzhair.co. We will do our best to update your shipping information and reflect the correct address on your order.

We'll send you the tracking number of your order so that you can watch the moment your product is shipped to the moment it's in your hands!

  • Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.
  • Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period.
  • Should there be any duty to pay on your package, this is the customer’s responsibility
If you are a buyer outside of Canada, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you as we have no control over these charges.
